Antigen Production
Advanced BioDesign is able to produce antigen from peptides to transmembrane protein for development of antibody.
Immunization
Immunization of a SPF rabbit includes:
- Standard immunization protocol (5 injections, 2 intermediate bleeding)
- Serum pre-bleed can be send on request for additional costs.
- Additional boost can be done on request for additional costs.
- Delivery of serum (3-5mL intermediate bleeding, final bleeding approx. 70mL)
ELISA Sera Titration
- Sera titer determination by ELISA on coated antigen
- Test can be performed with different antigen on request for additional costs
Sera Purification
For the purification process of serum antibodies, different methods can be employed:
- Protein A or G affinity chromatography
- Isolation of antigen-specific antibodies, by immunopurification
